Boardwalk Beach Resort offers everything that you can expect in a luxury vacation. From the moment that you enter the lobby, you are presented with a grand panoramic of our tropical pool deck and the beauty of the Gulf as it touches the shores of the sugar white beach.
The pool deck is top notch in comfort and luxury. It is surrounded by tropic palms that will keep you enveloped in a nice cool breeze. Complete with a kids splash pool, two hot tubs and a 2,500 sq. ft. zero entry heated pool; all while overlooking the Gulf!
Our condo is a luxury 1 bedroom unit with bank beds comfortable for up to 6 people. Highly desirable 7th floor provides unbelievable wide angle panoramic view of the gulf. You can view sun rising over the gulf to your left and setting down in Emerald Gulf.
Condo full of upgrades including granite kitchen counter tops, dishwasher, full size stove, washer & dryer. In addition to large queen size bed in the bedroom, unit equipped with the queen sleeper sofa in the family room and bunk beds for children and teens.
Condo fully furnished with all the dishes, linens, bath towels, etc. for your comfortable vacation.
Two smart TVs with DVDs with cable and wi-fi in the unit would make you able to have some entertainment or complete some work task if really needed.
At lunch time you may choose to come out to the deck on boardwalk and try a fresh grouper sandwich from Under the Boardwalk Bar & Grill or grab an ice cream cone at The Corner Market. Later into the night, take a stroll down the boardwalk and stop by The Rusty Anchor, order a beer and enjoy watching your favorite team at our pool-side sports bar.
There is golf course just across the property. Large number of restaurants and bars, including famous Pineapple Willy in a walking distance.
Boardwalk offers so many different ways to have fun and relax that your biggest decision should be which amenity to take advantage of first.

Great location, 4 stars due to running water in toilet; did not corrected for time of stay, informed on Monday. Very disturbing noise at night from running toilet.

We enjoyed our stay. The other reviews are accurate in compared to other units in this same location, it could use some updating, but it was clean and worth the stay. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was in the perfect location. Beautiful view right on the beach, large pool, two hot tubs, and a kiddie splash pad.This area was quiet and family friendly. Has two eating locations on site and live music.The only problem was the constant running toilet and sink, and the mold in the shower. Not many cooking supplies or amenities such as toilet paper or paper towels. We definitely would stay again.

The condo itself needed more kitchen supplies. It was hard to cook when it seemed there was only one or two smaller pots, no pot holders, or additional cookware. The wifi worked great, the view from the condo was great, we really liked the resort just felt there could have been some updates to the condo to make it more comfortable during a week long stay.
