The real plus of our apartment is its 22m2 terrace which overlooks the sea, a 180 ° view of the big blue, without vis-à-vis.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de stationnement réservé....c'est le seul bémol...la proximité des commerces et plages est un plus indéniable

Un appartement idéalement situé avec une magnifique vue mer, très propre, grande terrasse mais utilisable sur un tiers seulement qui est à l'ombre car le store est cassé ( pourquoi ne pas mettre des parasols ?) et par temps de canicule impossible de rester au soleil,, un seul petit ventilateur en bout de course, une machine à café à dosettes qui ne fonctionne pas, un miroir cassé dans le séjour. Ces désagréments sont connus du propriétaire puisqu'ils nous ont été signalés à notre arrivée. Pourquoi ne pas y remédier ?
