About this apartment rental
Large sunken bedroom--king bed, full bath with 2 person Jacuzzi, full kitchen, dinning room and full living with fire place and second bedroom with two beds (single and double) and ensuite bathroom. The unit is clean and well equipped including an apartment size washer/dryer combination.
Gas fireplaces in the sunken living room and master bedroom. The view from the living room is beautiful--full view of Pen lake from the screen balcony.
The resort has lots of winter activities-- free (but cost for rental equipment) skating, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, free tubing (including the tubes)plus downhill skiing nearby (discount pass--free shuttle). Also there are quite a few indoor activities, swimming pool, hottub, tennis, racquetball etc etc.
Shopping is nearby in Huntsville with a Walmart Plus, Robinson's grocery, LCBO and local specialty shops in the downtown core.
Deerhurst Resort offers the perfect Ontario winter vacation or getaway with unique winter activities, close to Arrowhead Ice Skating Trail.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Check-In - Any time after 4 pm on arrival day. Please leave your luggage in your car while you check in at the Front Desk (located in the Pavilion building). At time of check-in a Front Desk agent will provide you with directions to your accommodation.,
Check- Out - By 10 am on departure day. Please visit the Front Desk to check out. Late check outs are not available; late penalties of $100 per half hour will be assessed for those who do not check out on time
Parking - Parking in the main timeshare lot is designated to one vehicle per unit. At check-in you will be provided with a parking pass, which must be displayed on the dash of your vehicle. Additional vehicles may be parked in the "overflow parking lot" near the timeshare buildings, or in the lower Bayshore parking lot adjacent to Sunset Bay
All timeshare suites have a strict 'no pets allowed policy'. If you decide to take no notice of this policy, there is an automatic $350.00 charge for industrial cleaning and you will be required to remove your pet immediately from the unit.
Deerhurst timeshare suites are designated non-smoking (this includes the screened porch); there are ash stands located outside and adjacent to the timeshare suites. A charge of $500 (for 2-bedroom suites) will be applied to any unit where smoking has occurred.
As a valued Timeshare Guest you are entitled to a wide range of amenities and discounts. To make it easier for you to take advantage of these, the front desk agent will provide you with a Timeshare Identification card(s) at check in, which will also give you access to your room.
