Three tennis courts, two horseshoe pits, fitness room, Water volleyball court, Basketball key, badminton court, canoes and kayaks, kids playground, games room, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub in pool area, paddleboats & stand up paddle boards all included.

I own 5 weeks out of the year (fractional ownership) in the heart of beautiful Muskoka.
The cottage has a modem/router so you can connect directly to the internet with an Ethernet cable or use the wireless connection. Almost all of the resort cottages and building have wireless internet so internet is available almost everywhere on the resort, even areas of the beach!
The cottage (Meadowvale model ) is approximately 1,275 sq. ft. and is fully stocked. Utensils, bottle opener, cork screw, plates, pots, pans, baking sheet, pillows, sheets, towels, coffee maker, gas stove, gas BBQ on the deck, BBQ utensils, gas fireplace, air conditioning, blender, sheets, pillows, dishwasher, washer, dryer, detergent for clothes washer, Adirondack chairs, two parking areas, more parking at resort club house, DVD player, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dishwasher soap, dish soap, salt, pepper, 2 wall mounted satellite TV's and free internet access included.

You have access to all of the amenities at the Blue Water Acres Resort.
You have sole access to your cottage.
Other things to note
You will have access to ALL amenities of the resort that are listed (snow shoe rentals are the only extra charge at the resort not included in your week).
The resort office is staffed seven days a week and are there to answer all your questions about the resort and the surrounding area.
Check in at the resort office after 4:00pm. A lock box will have the cottage keys in them so you can check into the cottage at any time . The lock box number and combination of the lock box will be given to you before you arrive.
There is a small library of books and DVD's available from the resort office. You must sign out any books and DVD's and return them before you leave.
