Concertina New Guinea Rosewood and glass doors open the entire luxury living space onto oceanfront and rainforest balconies. The perimeter glass balustrade flows around to a spacious area enveloped by filtered rainforest light; taking you to an enticing daybed to complete this picture of serenity.

Further along the pool deck, you may choose to immerse yourself in the 8-person heated spa/jacuzzi; while enjoying mesmerising views of the beach, the hypnotic allure of the surf; or laze an oversized day bed; all while shaded under a thatched pavilion. CONFIGURATION:

Seaview Suite
The Seaview suite commands the ultimate sleeping room in the house, located on the ground floor with direct level access to the pool area and beach. The stunning feature of this room is the ocean view from the king bed, freestanding bath and shower room. It also includes separate toilet, walk in robe, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Rainforest Suite
The Rainforest suite is located on the first floor overlooking the Littoral rainforest, through a framed 7sqm floor to ceiling window. The room features a king size bed, private balcony, ensuite bathroom with a spa and separate shower, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and huge walk in robe.

Balcony Room
The Balcony room is situated on the first floor adjacent to the Rainforest Suite. The room features a large private balcony enjoying a sunny westerly aspect with filtered sunlight through the canopy. A king bed, ensuite style bathroom with shower and separate toilet, TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. Built-in desk and cabinetry with a large built-in wardrobe.

Bamboo Room
The Bamboo room is situated on the round floor next to the Games Room. It features one queen size bed and one single bed and is ideal for kids or to accommodate parents accompanying a child. The Bamboo room has air conditioning and convenient access to a combined bathroom and laundry room and of course the games room and pool area.



IMPORTANT NOTICE- TEMPORARY ACCESS ROAD DELAYS UNTIL 2nd APRIL 2026

Neil Civil will be on site to carry out necessary improvements to the road and driveway area. They’ll begin with scaffolding and temporary fencing, and the main driveway works are scheduled to start on Wednesday (weather permitting). The team will be working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, and the project is expected to take around 8 weeks to complete. There will be signage in place to help guide everyone during this time. Access to the property will remain available throughout the works; however, there may be short delays at times, particularly if the road crew are pouring concrete. We understand this may cause a little inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements are being completed.
