On the ground floor level of the home, open the large sliding doors to open the living areas to the outdoors. Relax by the pool, lounge in the cabana and enjoy being on the absolute beachfront with your own putting green!
The gourmet galley style kitchen includes ilve appliances, a wine fridge and plenty of space to make this an ideal holiday for a large family or a couples/friends getaway. If you dont feel like cooking, consider using our concierge service to arrange catering.
Enjoy incredible ocean views from the outdoor pool. Outdoor lounges overlooking the pool are ideal for relaxing. Or take some time to relax in Balinese style thatched hut with built-in day bed, perfect for lounging with a book or magazine and a cup of tea or wine.
Inside and upstairs, the master suite includes and open-plan ensuite with free-standing bath which enjoys stunning ocean views, a large wardroom and access to the balcony. This room also has a door to access the adjoining king bedroom. Both king bedrooms have stunning ocean views and direct balcony access.
On the street side of the home are 2 more bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed and the fourth bedroom with a King Bed, both bedrooms have ensuites. At Beachfront #12, four of the five bedrooms have their own well-appointed bathrooms. Bedroom 5 is located on the ground floor level, it features a queen-size bed and suits anyone unable to climb stairs and also has an ensuite that also services as a bathroom for the ground floor level.
This home is perfect for family and friends sharing, intimate health retreats and maintaining fitness while away on holidays, special occasions, family reunions, and detoxing and unwinding from city life.

Neil Civil will be on site to carry out necessary improvements to the road and driveway area. They’ll begin with scaffolding and temporary fencing, and the main driveway works are scheduled to start on Wednesday (weather permitting). The team will be working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, and the project is expected to take around 8 weeks to complete. There will be signage in place to help guide everyone during this time. Access to the property will remain available throughout the works; however, there may be short delays at times, particularly if the road crew are pouring concrete. We understand this may cause a little inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements are being completed.

What a property! Just wow! Very comfortable beds, equiped with just about everything you’d need for a family holiday. We had my father’s 80th birthday weekend there and it was bliss.

View on entering was magnificent, bedrooms were very comfortable & had all the mod cons, however, it was some of the kitchen appliances that let the inside experience down somewhat. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, despite repeated attempts & the microwave oven wouldn't open properly, as the surround kept catching on the door.Unfortunately, outside the property was also showing signs of lack of upkeep/maintenance. The pool & spa both had sand & debris in the bottom & were missing tiles everywhere. The timber decking was spongy & had many rusted screws protruding from it, making a dangerous trip hazard, particularly in bare feet. Overall, the property was just a bit "tired" looking & unfortunately needs a lot of TLC. At this premium end of the market, we expected something better.
