We stayed for 1 week, had an issue with the spa jets, it was addressed and repaired within a few days. We did have an issue with the Pack and Play on site, the mattress was broken, we could not wait for a replacement from Amazon so we purpose from a second hand store, so know the house has a good one, otherwise all was great

Lovely home and backyard/pool area. Perfect neighborhood to walk to parks and trails. Most trailheads were only a 5 minute drive. Anita was very responsive. The only reason I didn't give the home 5 stars is because the pool would not heat properly. Minor issues: the living room tv was not a smart tv; because we had a longer stay, updated cookware, knives, and some storage containers for leftovers (we purchased our own), and cleaning supplies for the floors, such as a stick vacuum and a wet/dry Swiffer would have been appreciated. You will not regret staying here especially in the warmer months.

First of all this property was rented before COVID and we could not get our money back even though there was COVID travel restrictions. We had to move this property to 2021. Overall this property was nice, however for the cost it did not meet expectations. We arrived to the property with housekeeping still there until 5 pm. Air conditioner on 85 with an outside temp of 117. Didn’t cool off until next morning. Refrigerator turned on just before arrival so our groceries we picked up had to be put in a purchased ice chest until morning. We called HÁZ thinking it was broken but had no response from a maintenance man for 3 days. This property is supposed to sleep 14 but only had 7 towels, 3 wash cloths, 3 hand towels and 2 dish towels. We washed twice a day to keep up. There were lights out in nearly every room. The floors were filthy. TVs did not operate, broken blinds in nearly every room. Boasts putt putt but no putters. Has a pool table but only one pool cue that was not broken. Also had missing knobs on cabinets, the jacuzzi in master bath did not work and had standing water in baths while showering. BBQ pit doesn’t work properly. So would never spend this kind of money again through VRBO.
