I love the stay but you need to get microwaves in the rooms.

The parking, I feel like staff and the van that picks up the people from the airport should park in the far parking garage and leave the front parking for the paying customers of $10 a day the spots, my husband is a amputee and he can’t walk longs ways up and down.

The general location of the property was great

The accommodations are too expensive. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay for Wi-Fi and even the first glass of water. They have many expenses here. I believe it’s overpriced considering how it looks. It’s definitely overpriced.

The worst experience ever

I didn’t like anything about the property, it was the worst experience ever

First of all the guy on the front desk was very slow and lazy while a line of customers waiting for him to check them in, waited 30 minutes mid night to check in, the guy at the front desk doesn’t look welcoming at all. Got our keys and head to the room to find 66 degrees and NO HEAT in the room, we thought something wrong with the room, called the front desk to switch the room, the guy at the front desk said there’s no heat at the whole property and the best he can do is offer us a BLANKET! A 4- star hotel by Marriott!! Asked for our money back but was rejected, spent the whole night freezing for the cold, missed our business meeting in the morning! A very bad experience. I don’t recommend it to anyone Don’t stay at this hotel. Go somewhere else It’s a waste of time and money

We had a short, but enjoyable stay.

We arrived before noon from our cruise vacation. After a relatively short wait in their comfortable lobby, we were allowed to check in early to our room. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was convenient having a restaurant in the lobby area. The staff was friendly. The hotel airport shuttle was on time and clean.

The shower had a stationary glass panel covering half the opening. This allowed water from the shower to splash onto the bathroom floor. While there was a towel bar for hand towels, there was no place to hang a bath towel other than the hook on the bathroom door.

Trip advisor website says breakfast is complimentary. Sat down to eat. VERY poor food and offerings, then were presented with $38.00 bill BEFORE gratuity! For that price we could have eaten quite a nice breakfast at a regular restaurant and been served.

The entire lobby and breakfast area smelled strongly of some horrendous cleaning fluid like Fabuloso. Not appetizing and very off-putting.

Close to airport, great service exceeding our expectations.

The room was large and chic with a comfortable bed. The shuttle service was seamless and the kindness of the breakfast staff was appreciated. She went out of her way to get us coffee before catching the shuttle for an early flight in advance of the breakfast opening. We ordered take out from the restaurant and would recommend the pizza, salad and key lime pie!

We booked on Booking.com (Which I use most of the time), From the time we checked into Front Desk ... where the young who was working, we recieved an excellent welcoming and service. Was late, did not eat there but we did enjoy a few beers serviced by another very nice and friendly bartender. Our room 721 was very very enjoyable, clean, great shower, plenty of towels, etc. very comfortable bed, etc, etc When we travel to the Ft Lauderdale area we always try to book with Dello and if available ... have always experienced an excellent stay ... KUDOS to everyone at Hotel Dello EJB,Sr

Strong pumping air freshener to cover up the moldy smell rooms

So, the minute I got to the hotel 's door there was a strong chemical that hit my face, right there I knew that it was a cover up of super smelly rooms. Fair enough, the carpet is dirty, the room has that smell that hit my brain 🧠 and I got dizzy, the bedding smells moldy, not clean fresh a nasty smell. The floor has no carpet but the wood is dirty. I won't stay there in the future.

We Enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was super clean, very helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable! Room size is great. Parking was great and no fees to park while standing at hotel. Love it’s location to shops & things to do.

No sliding doors from rooms to outside. Even a small balcony would had been nice. The bathroom could had been alittle bigger.

The hotel had a smell. To describe it, it was a smell of air fresheners. It seemed that the hotel was trying to cover mold or previous smell . If I would have smelled it before I booked it, I would not have stayed there. We tried to get into the gym workout area and our key did not work in there, after contacting the front desk and waiting for 5 people to check in, we went up there with the desk clerk and found out that the key scanner had a dead battery. So we were not able to use the gym that evening. The front desk person was always busy and had a line. He seemed rushed during the check in. He did a good job but when you have a line bc you are the only one working, it does get backed up.

Great airport if you have an early flight out of FLL.

We booked this for it's proximity to FLL airport. Literally took us 5 mins to get there and return our car. Room was large, clean, recently remodeled. Had all we needed for a comfortable last day to our vacation.

We were on our way to and from a cruise out of Miami so it was a quick visits.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was large and very clean.

No morning coffee available in the lobby and the fact that it did not have a real restaurant. It was just the bar where you got limited, although tasty, food.
