COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT (in the months of July and August, preferably, in the months of July and August the departures and arrivals are on Saturdays-.

Charming house (true sea view,) in the historic center of Monopoli on the sixteenth century walls, a stone's throw from the sea and the enchanting sandy and rocky coves. The house has a living room, lounge, 2 bedrooms (4/5 beds), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge,) panoramic terraces overlooking the sea (150 sqm), solarium, WiFi connection (fiber) free and unlimited, air conditioning, heating. Tastefully furnished, parquet floor. The residence is available for stays from € 70.00 (discounts for single couple, for cyclists we have a free adjoining room for storing bikes / canoes).(SMOKING NOT ALLOWED) (PREFERIBILEMNTE IN THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST -CHECK IN SATURDAY-CHEKOUT FRIDAY OR SATURDAY)

A lovely, well-equipped apartment with two terraces. The location is perfect — right next to the old town and with a beautiful sea view. Communication was excellent; the host was always quick to respond and very helpful whenever we needed anything.

Wonderful property in the perfect location. Alex and Rocco were great hosts, happy to assist every time we needed them. This property was right on the edge of the old town and the ideal location for restaurants and the beach. One of the few properties with an outdoor balcony and setting, which we loved. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

This property is very well located, adjacent to the old town, 5 mins walk to Numeri Primi and Saleka supermarkets and Farmacia
Station just 10 mins walk
The owners are very nice people and quick to reply to any questions
Rocky even drove me to a Farmacia which he found open on a Sunday when I needed bandages for a deep glass cut
Wi fi and Aircon worked well and secure door locks
Monopoli is a great base from where to visit Alberoberro, Ostuni, Lecce and Polignano a Mare
