Chaplin Apartment - Free Garage Parking

Alloggio arredato in maniera deliziosa in tema Chaplin, molto comodo per raggiungere il centro anche a piedi. Alloggio pulito, non molto grande ma con gli spazi ottimizzati molto bene. Letti comodissimi per 4 persone. L'alloggio è seminterrato ma questo non crea disagio in quanto l'impianto di ricircolo aria funziona bene. Tutto perfetto

Il tema Chaplin molto simpatico , pulito, accogliente , tutti i comfort incluso un piccolo spazio aperto. Anche se si trova un po’ sotto il piano strada non dà affatto fastidio. Consiglio vivamente.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour accéder au centre-ville à pieds, il est moderne et propre, la climatisation est un vrai plus, les chambres sont confortables.

Le parking est à 5 min à pieds sans réelle possibilité de rapprocher la voiture de l'appartement pour décharger les bagages, ce n'est donc pas très pratique. De plus, il est important de signaler que l'appartement se trouve en sous-sol, avec donc une faible luminosité, mais cela n'est pas gênant si on passe la journée à l'extérieur pour visiter.

The location is great.

The main issue is the management of the property. There are things that may be implied that we didn’t realize that you need to be aware beforehand: 1. This place has access to a garage which is 5 minutes away from the apartment. That garage is not 24/7 garage. 2. The property is managed by a third party app. This makes all the communication less personal and that app tries to “upsell” everything. You want to check in an hour earlier: pay extra! You want access to the parking: pay extra! 3. You can’t check in or out with a car on your own. You can’t park near the apartment with your car. So you need to either park somewhere to get access to the lockbox in the apartment or have your partner drive around the block. Either way it’s a hassle. 4. The apartment is a basement. T he e access is from the back yard and the place is dump. There’s an air system that supposed to make it bareable but the humidity was over 60% when we were there. 5. It’s tiny. The pictures are a bit misleading but the place is small.
