Location was perfect. Very calm but also very close to the city center, about 5 min walking. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. Very clean. Host was also welcoming and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was great for exploring Ljubljana, and the accommodation had a nice, cozy atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and helpful.
Everything was fine, and we had no major complaints.

The location is excellent, walking distance to the main attractions. The house is very nice, well equipped and the rooms are spacious. The garden is big and comes in handy if you travel with your dog (btw you are charged extra for the dog). For the one's that want full privacy note that the host's sons live the other house and you share the garden. They are very friendly though.
Unfortunately we were unlucky and were there for just one night and the house was cold. There is air conditioning, but sleeping with it on the whole night, was a bit uncomfortable. Might be a better place to book during summer.
Not sure until this moment if there is a language barrier or it is just how the host handles things. We felt a bit unwelcomed since there were constant comments that we just booked 1 night and she had to come just for that since there were no other guests that book before and after us. Little other comments like: you will not use the stove/washing machine/dishwasher since you only stay 1 night. We felt a bit uncomfortable since we have never encountered such comments in the hospitality business. The next day we had to leave early (as we told the host), had a bit of a problem with getting the car out and I wasn't sure were to leave the key. I have texted our host, did not get an answer only after we left. The answer was again rude, explaining that i "obviously did not understand" that I had to leave the keys on the table. Up until that moment I tried to ignore all of the signs, but that message just made me flip. Let's put it that way: hospitality might not be the best career for this host. She did apologized in the end...that's why the argument of the language barrier is still valid. Bottom line: not in winter, not for 1 night, make sure to communicate in another language then English. You might get a better experience then.
