About this apartment rental
Welcome to your home away from home, close to the Biltmore Estate and Mission Hospital. We have previously rented short term but now have gone to monthly rentals. Stay a month, 6 months, or even a year.
This newer addition/apartment is connected to our primary residence but separated by 6 ft hallway/double doors for privacy/security and completely separate entrance. No shared walls. We are available if you need us, otherwise we keep to ourselves. The apartment is approximately 600 sq ft, very spacious with vaulted ceilings. We provide pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend or a month if you prefer. We do provide starter toilet paper, laundry detergent etc, but additional supplies needed are the responsibility of the guest. An added note...we do the cleaning ourselves so to be certain the space is as clean as we would want for ourselves. We take pride in our cleanliness.

Very cute house, very clean. Within walking distance to Biltmore Village restaurants and stores. Close to downtown, too. Owners were great with communication. We had a perfect long weekend stay!

This was the most well-provisioned place that I have ever stayed. The hosts seem to have thought of everything, from toiletries to kitchen utensils, to make our stay comfortable. Well-worth the price!
