About this apartment rental

Welcome to your home away from home, close to the Biltmore Estate and Mission Hospital. We have previously rented short term but now have gone to monthly rentals. Stay a month, 6 months, or even a year.
This newer addition/apartment is connected to our primary residence but separated by 6 ft hallway/double doors for privacy/security and completely separate entrance. No shared walls. We are available if you need us, otherwise we keep to ourselves. The apartment is approximately 600 sq ft, very spacious with vaulted ceilings. We provide pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend or a month if you prefer. We do provide starter toilet paper, laundry detergent etc, but additional supplies needed are the responsibility of the guest. An added note...we do the cleaning ourselves so to be certain the space is as clean as we would want for ourselves. We take pride in our cleanliness.

My husband and I were excited to explore a new city and all it had to offer. The location of this apartment house was within walking distance from the historic village shops and within walking distance to our favorite pub - Hillman Brewery. We visited the Biltmore Estate, which is a must see/do. In the mornings, we enjoyed coffee on the covered front porch. In the evenings , we ate out at many of the local establishments (Cantina, Village Pub, Hillman Brewery). This home has all you need for a party of two. Can’t say enough about the cleanliness and comfort of our stay. The decor was timeless and calming, linens and towels were of high quality, and water pressure was great. This location will be on our list of places to revisit in the future.

This property is well appointed, very clean, and in an awesome area if you are going to visit the Biltmore Village or Estate when you are in Asheville. Even though the property was built or renovated more than 5 years ago, it seemed virtually band new. The property owners were very friendly and ensured the stay was exceptional. The fact that it was easy walking distance to Biltmore Village made it extremely easy to walk to places for meals. Highly recommend this to any one or couple looking for a place to stay in Asheville, NC.

This home felt just right for my husband and me. We were going to The Biltmore, some local hikes, and downtown for dinner and the location was very convenient. I always appreciate natural light in a bathroom. The high window (privacy but still light) was nice and the vanity was not tiny and cramped like some small bathrooms. All comfortable.

What a wonderful little apartment! It's very spacious and clean. The natural lighting is beautiful and it's nice and quiet. We felt very at home and had everything we needed. I actually like their mattress better than our own and the pillows were nice and soft. There were plenty of towels for our stay and they even left some supplies for us! The owner was always very quick to reply though they were never needed, because their instructions were so detailed. Absolutely loved staying here!

Perfect place for a couple. Walking distance to local coffee spots and Biltmore Village. Downtown is not far at all. The mornings you can hear a variety of birds singing and it’s just so beautiful. The owners are awesome and respond quickly with answers. I will be back!

Everything was very clean and attractive. We were a little early at check-in. The owner was in the yard and allowed us to go in. We are 65+ so the steps were a little challenging, but being able to sit out on the porch was so nice when the weather was good. It is within walking distance of Biltmore Village. The owners, Jim and Teri, were excellent hosts.

The house is in the perfect location to visit The Biltmore and shop at the village nearby. Downtown is also very close by. The owners reply to any questions quickly. They are living on property so they are available if needed but do not bother you. The house is adorable and very clean. They definitely take pride in their home. The home has everything you need…coffee pot, toaster, towels, washer and dryer, extra blanket…they even have movies for dvd player! I will definitely recommend this listing to friends and family and will stay here again. Thanks for allowing us in your lovely home!
