The Biltmore Village Gem was a perfectly located rental property across the street from the Biltmore House location. There are shops and restaurants that are a short walk away. The Biltmore Village Gem is located with a condominium complex that has a lot of character. The bricked building, gravel parking, and tree-lined perimeter makes you feel like you are in Europe. The unit itself was spacious for my family of 5. The high ceilings immediately get your attention. There is plenty of storage. I would highly recommend this location especially during the Fall and Christmas seasons. In addition the property management team was very quick to respond to any questions I had. My son accidently left his soccer jersey at the property and the management team quickly retrieved the jersey for us.

This condo is clean and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked, and access to downtown Asheville and to I-40 are great. This building is in the middle of Biltmore Village and appears to have sustained no damage from Hurricane Helene. Would stay here again.

This unit was very nicely updated and decorated. It is in an excellent location. You are very close to the entrance of the Biltmore estate and we walked to restaurants and great shops in the village where we were located. The space in the condo was plentiful. There were two very large bedrooms with baths, and a comfortable living and dining space. Being on the ground floor was a plus with plenty of parking. We felt very safe there and would stay again.

The property is pretty, clean, and spacious. It had everything we could have wanted. If you plan on cooking, the over doesn’t work, but there are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance, including Indian and Mexican choices. It is within walking distance to the Biltmore Estate, and there are some cute shops and galleries in the neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

The only reason it was not 5 star was because I stayed in the bedroom looking out the back - right under the window were three compressors that turned on and off all night. I had to sleep with earphones. Still a fantastic property. Thanks.

There are minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Numerous light bulbs are burnt out & windows need cleaning. The primary suite bathroom shower has mold in the grout lines that really needs to be cleaned.

This unit is in the ground floor of a former hospital that has been converted into rentals. The place is huge - very wide hallways, super spacious rooms. They could have easily made a 3rd bedroom with the square footage. Kitchen is updated and the unit is tastefully decorated. Bathroom has some mildew build up in the shower (not horrible but noticeable) and the sheets on the trundle bed seemed dirty (we saw hair and some crumbs). The king beds are otherwise decently comfortable and the daybed mattress is annoyingly squeaky. These issues really are minor though. Location cannot be beat - walk to cute shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute drive to downtown. Would stay here again.

Excellent location to Biltmore Village shops (a little tucked away) and THE BILTMORE. Easy parking! We stayed with family and wanted space to socialize and then space to have our privacy. This condo is amazing for this and we truly enjoyed the space. We would definitely stay here again!

Rental was beautiful and very clean! We felt very safe and loved the location! The only suggestions for improvement would be the dishwasher ( a little hard to get it to work) and no privacy blinds on back porch door for being on main level. I would highly recommend.

Everything was nearby our condo and it was fun walking around. Den wasn't super comfy so if we were at home we stayed in the bedrooms. That back door needs a cover or blinds. It's not comfortable being exposed like that. Overall, it is a nice place to stay for a short vacation.
