We stayed at 145 Biltmore Ave, Unit 300 because 8 Village Lane 100 was not available due a water problem in the unit above. The unit was very spacious, modern, and well furnished. The unit was well equipped with modern appliances, kitchenware, dishes and utensils. 145 was conveniently located. It was just far enough from the Asheville center to allow for easy parking garage entry/exit.
145 was a bit noisy due to its proximity to Route 25. Also, neither of the unit's two bathrooms had a bathtub.
