About this house rental
Beautiful large lower level (1500 SF) walkout with 2 bedrooms, queen beds, one bath, living room with gas fireplace, kitchenette, and separate entrance (not the entire house). Bright and cheery with a nice view of Mt Herman from living room and one bedroom. The other bedroom looks out towards a former golf course (open area). The kitchenette includes a sink, 2 mini-fridges, microwave, large electric skillet, crock pot, and coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks coffee. There is off street parking and access to deck and grill on back of house.
The property is conveniently located on the north end of Colorado Springs - only five minutes from the north gate of the US Air Force Academy and easy driving distance to Garden of the Gods, the US Olympic Training Center, Pikes Peak, Old Colorado City, and the Castle Rock Outlet Mall. Owner lives on the main floor.

Clean and spacious! It’s the entire basement or lower floor of a house. Lots of room. Comfy beds and furniture. Everything you need to cook there (we didn’t). Kind and communicative host! And like others have said super close jaunt to the academy.

What a lovely location! Convenient to COS and Denver, nicely furnished, and extremely comfy. Our friendly host greeted, checked on, plus saw us off. Would definitely recommend.
