About this house rental
Beautiful large lower level (1500 SF) walkout with 2 bedrooms, queen beds, one bath, living room with gas fireplace, kitchenette, and separate entrance. Bright and cheery with a nice view of Mt Herman from living room and one bedroom. The other bedroom looks out towards a former golf course (open area). The kitchenette includes a sink, 2 mini-fridges, microwave, large electric skillet, crock pot, and coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks coffee. There is off street parking and access to deck and grill on back of house.
The property is conveniently located on the north end of Colorado Springs - only five minutes from the north gate of the US Air Force Academy and easy driving distance to Garden of the Gods, the US Olympic Training Center, Pikes Peak, Old Colorado City, and the Castle Rock Outlet Mall. Owner lives on the main floor.

Chris was vert accommodating and quick to respond to any request. I like how he chose a pin code fore the door that my entire family would easily remember. It is a quiet comfortable place in a very nice neighborhood. Mule deer bucks visited the backyard, even laid down for a nap. I would only suggest adding a full size fridge and washer/dryer and this place would be perfect. Overall wonderfull place and host.

The only reason I would not leave 5 stars, is to keep this gem of a place all to myself. Each morning I had coffee outside and was greeted in Bambi like settings with deer, bunnies and a ton of chirping birdies. The location is so convenient for USAFA visits. It’s clean, affordable, and the host is lovely. When I’m back in town, I will book with him if at all possible!

Beautiful 2br exposed lower level in quiet neighborhood with quick access to I-25. Extra comfy beds and pillows! Super clean and nice throughout. Chris responded quickly to messages and was friendly and helpful as a host. Highly recommended.
