The property was very clean and in a great location.
This point is not the owner’s fault, but the apartment was very noisy, with noise coming from other apartments late into the night and also constantly barking dogs. The listing on Booking.com advised that there would be a microwave and an oven, but there was only a microwave. The listing also advised that streaming services, such as Netflix were available but whilst the owner tried to assist with this we could not access these and ended up buying an Amazon Firestick.

Appartement au 4 eme étage dans un immeuble de 11 étages. A moins de 10 mn à pieds de la plage et des commerces.
Très propre et vue sur la ville et la mer.
Le parking (si place car très petit) fermé donc sécurisé.
Equipement cuisine un peu minimaliste: pas de dessous de plat, ni épluche légume, ni couteau office. Pas de four comme indiqué, peut être pas indispensable pour des locations de courte durée ou en été.
Le plus agaçant, tous les jours, les aboiements de chiens dans l'immeuble. Même en étant tolérant.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Stayed in a few in the same building but this was by far the nicest. Would definitely go back.
A couple of little things. A full sized ironing board would be great and a tea towel for drying dishes.

Appartement identique aux photos. Au 4e étage avec ascenseur. Bon service client. Nos clés étaient à la réception à notre arrivée. Lit confortable, ainsi que le divan et douche ayant beaucoup de pression. Près de la gare, bus et épiceries à pied.
Nous avons été au calme les 3e jours et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Toutefois, cela s'est gâché par la suite lorsque des rénovations ont été effectuées dans l'appartement du dessus: démolition de la céramique. Ceci est hors du contrôle des propriétaires, mais cela nous a été bien désagréable.
