Good apartment in a great location, but unfortunately quite noisy during our stay here.

The property was very clean and in a great location.

This point is not the owner’s fault, but the apartment was very noisy, with noise coming from other apartments late into the night and also constantly barking dogs. The listing on Booking.com advised that there would be a microwave and an oven, but there was only a microwave. The listing also advised that streaming services, such as Netflix were available but whilst the owner tried to assist with this we could not access these and ended up buying an Amazon Firestick.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Stayed in a few in the same building but this was by far the nicest. Would definitely go back.

A couple of little things. A full sized ironing board would be great and a tea towel for drying dishes.

The pool is always closed when it rains in the morning and doesn’t open even though it stops later in the day. Would be good to be able to have access.

We loved everything about the apartment Lorena was always very helpful if we needed her .

The location was for us was very good ,we could walk to the seafront in one direction and into the town in another direction easily As it was a residential area it wasn't noisy and a nice bar for coffee and a restaurant for a meal was very close by if you didn't feel like walking far

Just the odd time the apartment above was noisy during the night but I think you will always get this anywhere you stay .

The apartment is beautiful. Very clean. Good view from the balcony. Location good for train station, restaurants and bars.

Location a good mile steep walk from the beach. You need to be fit to stay here. 3 Euro charge per person for using the beds around the pool. Not good if you just want to chill out for an hour or so after being out for the day.

Lovely clean apartment... everything you need...good location....less than 15 mins walk to beaches...pool bar and snack kiosk good if you are prepared to queue very early.

Know it was beginning of August but pool area a bit of a lottery...opens at 10... people queueing from before 830...put towels for a group on beds and head off ... umbrellas all gone in less than two mins... only went one day ...

Bénalmadéna mérite un séjour même en hiver.

Appartement au 4 eme étage dans un immeuble de 11 étages. A moins de 10 mn à pieds de la plage et des commerces. Très propre et vue sur la ville et la mer. Le parking (si place car très petit) fermé donc sécurisé.

Equipement cuisine un peu minimaliste: pas de dessous de plat, ni épluche légume, ni couteau office. Pas de four comme indiqué, peut être pas indispensable pour des locations de courte durée ou en été. Le plus agaçant, tous les jours, les aboiements de chiens dans l'immeuble. Même en étant tolérant.

Appartement confortable

Appartement identique aux photos. Au 4e étage avec ascenseur. Bon service client. Nos clés étaient à la réception à notre arrivée. Lit confortable, ainsi que le divan et douche ayant beaucoup de pression. Près de la gare, bus et épiceries à pied. Nous avons été au calme les 3e jours et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Toutefois, cela s'est gâché par la suite lorsque des rénovations ont été effectuées dans l'appartement du dessus: démolition de la céramique. Ceci est hors du contrôle des propriétaires, mais cela nous a été bien désagréable.
