There are three spacious balconys, and especially the front one is a wonderland and can be considered to be one of the greatest advantages of the penthouse. Easy commute and close to minutes to grocery store, restaurants and beaches!
Just a few minutes of walking distance away from the sea of the beautiful Athenian Riviera with a great and relaxing view!

This stay was awesome! No complaints, beautiful view, no dense traffic in the surrounding areas, good restaurants and nearby beaches. The Host was very pleasant and one was call away for any questions. I would recommend this stay when visiting Greece.

If you're looking for a well priced place with a great view, this is it! The neighborhood was fine and it's only about a 15min walk to the closest beach. The listing was 100% accurate. Note that my friend and I had to leave after 1 night due to extenuating circumstances (taxi strike). No fault of the owner. She even offered to get us in touch with a local driver if we wanted, which was very sweet. No real complaints really if you go in with proper expectations.

My 19 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We prefer to live like a local when traveling, and this penthouse hit the spot. The building and neighborhood are super safe and secure. We never felt unsafe. The flat was clean and as described. We loved the balconies and spent hours in the morning and evening on them. Communication with the host was perfect.
