Great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable had everything you need for your stay. The garage was a plus. We will definitely be staying here again. I highly recommend for families. Vacassa made the process seamless.

Property was clean, had plenty of room and with 3 bathrooms, awesome for a family. The garage is a huge plus too, since you don’t have to worry as much about your vehicle while traveling.
Cleaning fee seemed to be a little high compared to other properties.

It was 5 miles north of Moab.
It was not clean when we arrived. We spent 45 minutes cleaning the BBQ, refrigerator, coffee pot, and dishwasher. Also we only had two kitchen towels for the 6 days we stayed. We notified Vacasa via the app. We expected a follow up call the next 5 days. No call or no text. Because of the silence we can only assume Vacasa did not want to remedy the situation.
