The Nook by Caldera Houses

Posizione fantastica, direttamente davanti alla caldera. Appartamento confortevole dotato del minimo indispensabile per una vacanza di pochi giorni. Sotiris è molto disponibile e sempre a disposizione. Nel complesso ottima soluzione.

La colazione non mi è piaciuta. Poche cose e di scarsa qualità. Sicuramente da migliorare.

דירה מדהימה, משקיפה לנוף מקסים, מקיום טוב ושקט. הדירה מרווחת ביותר, מעוצבת באופן יפיפה, מטבח מאובזר, מעט שהיה חסר בכלי מטבח סופק מידיית. המארח היה קשוב ועזר בכל בקשה ושאלה שהפננו. צוות הנקיון היו מעולים, מאוד שירותיים, נדיבים ונפלאים. ניקו את החדר בכל בוקר מחדש באופן מושלם. הג'קוזי מפנק ביותר, חם ופונה לנוף, אפשר לשבת שם לנצח, במיוחד בעונת האביב שקר מדיי להכנס לים. המיטה סופר היתה נוחה לנו, הרגשנו בבית. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, מגוונת עם מיץ סחוט טרי טעים מסופק כל בוקר מחדש. בדירה שקיבלנו היה חדר נוסף, שלא השתמשנו, כך שזה מתאים גם כשמיגיעים עם ילדים. בקיצור המלצה חמה לזוגות ולמשפחות. שווה מאוד לעשות את הטיול הרגלי מהמלון לעיירה אייה ולחזור ברגל או באוטובוס.

הכל היה מושלם, אבל אם חייבים: לחץ מים במקלחת יכול להיות מעט חזק יותר.

Gorgeous property, exactly like the photos with a beautiful terrace for watching the sunset. The villa is spacious and equipped with everything you would need and the hosts are always on hand and happy to help. The property itself is situated in a much quieter area than the larger towns and is about a 10/15 minute walk into Imerovigli which has many great restaurants however I would recommend having a car to get to Fira and Oia as in the low season in May there were no buses available. The property has a parking space available so makes it easy to rent a car. The only thing to improve on is that the breakfast offered did not match the pictures provided by the property, it was much simpler of just a single small pastry, an orange juice, a Greek yoghurt, a sandwich and a boiled egg. This was the only disappointment. Overall a wonderful stay, the private pool and private terrace made our trip perfect.

you should come here for the swimming pool and the breakfast (this in particular amazing)

no privacy: you see people walking in front of you and around all the other visitors. anyone can come into the swimming pool, there aren’t doors or gates. about the view: you have the back of the hotel, all they need to clean, and on the left a derelict area. the transfer: if you don’t specific you want a private transfer, with 35 euro you pay from port to the accomodation with other visitors. the cleaning: bad smell in the bathroom and in the kitchen.
