Obiekt położony w ślepej uliczce dzięki czemu nie słyszysz hałasu jeżdżących aut. Czysto w apartamencie. Miła właścicielka. Możliwość parkowania na posesji. Klimatyzacja dobrze chłodzi
Brak mikrofali, piekarnik tylko z możliwością gotowania- brak piekarnika( wyłączony), brak tłuczka do mięsa, rozpadająca się tarka, brak normalnych kubków tylko filiżanki. Kiepskiej jakości internet( non stop zrywało połączenia mimo braku burzy- zapomnij o oglądaniu filmu na Netflix) Brak podstawowego mopa w toalecie( tylko szmata ), brak miotły i szufelki w mieszkaniu.
