Hotel lobby, rooms and pool area were very nice.
Lots of dead palms/landscaping throughout property. Not sure if that was due to the extreme cold weather from weeks ago?

The entire staff was friendly. The pools were great. The hot tub is huge. Location is perfect.
Fridays they need more pool servers for drinks and food they’re all doing great but there’s not enough of them

Location
The water park was not open for the season yet....Housekeeping staff was annoying, kept telling us on 2nd day of our 4 day stay that we were supposed to be checking out....Day 3, bell services tried to enter our room without knocking, obviously were sent to the wrong room
