Beautiful and the pools are around are amazing. I wasn’t expecting to be messed with trying to be sold things though. I also was not happy about parking being added and charged out of my incidental fee and not added to the booking reservation!
The food inside the hotel and around are too high!

Location was good
Lightning throughout the public spaces are not right. They need a lighting designer to make the spaces feel more comfortable.
Our stay was during a cold snap. The restaurant was freezing and our room was only 62. We had to ask for blankets and the maintenance crew came the next morning and finally corrected the heating problem.
The staff was polite but not attentive. They need more training on customer service.
