I am a member of the Hilton Honors , but we had the most aweful experience ever. We arrive a bit early, one of staff at the front desk kept telling us for more than 4 hours that the housekeeping crew is in you room getting ready. After 4 hours I approched a different attendant, she said your room is not ready. I said your colleagues told us for the last 4 hours that our room is getting prpared right now. We were close to 5pm and our room wasmèt ready. After discussion with their manager they gave us a room in different floor. Their service is terrible. They left us 3 days without room serviceécleaning although we requested several time and same thing everyone we spoke with they said right away we will send you housekeeping. Came from Disney around 10pm and the room wasnèt serviced. I spoke to one of the housekeeping staff they said that they are short and they couldnèt do the rooms. Asking for towels and other necessities, it takes for ever to serve us. We had an aweful experience. We got a call from Hilton Signia manager and offered to waive the Resort fee. The valet parking were so rude and pushy. Never again at Woldorf.

Everytime I stay at the Waldorf I come away impressed and with the Bull & Bear located downstairs and exceptional food every where you turn, it makes it hard to stay in the room which is always immaculate

5 stars. As a frequent business traveler, the Waldorf Astoria Orlando delivered. Don’t be fooled by the Disney address—this is a top-tier hotel with polished service, quiet, well-appointed rooms, and genuinely professional staff. On-site restaurants are excellent (and convenient), meeting spaces run smoothly, and everything feels dialed in. Would absolutely return for work or a quick reset.

Great hotel if you’re fit and healthy, forget it if you use a wheelchair, you can’t even get to the carpark without trekking through the neighbouring hotel. It’s almost like they have gone out of their way to deter people who are disabled.
