Very close to the bus station, Parque de Santa Catalina, supermarkets, restaurants, Auditorium, Paseo de las Canteras. There is a public parking in front of the building. Average winter temperature is 20 degrees in summer and 25. This apartment has a small balcony from which to see the sea, but not a terrace, only from the small balcony seen sea. I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and I was so happy that I chose this specific apartment. Very close to the most beautiful beach on the island, and the pictures speaks for itself. A cozy apartment for 1 or 2 with alot of equipments, it felt like a home. And a really nice owner. Octavio helped me whenever I needed help and I leave with a big smile. I recommend this apartment!
