About this apartment rental

Beachfront, maximum two people. Washing machine, TV, WIFI (fiber optic) kitchen, bathroom, kitchen utensils, bedding. Located on the first line of the beach, and best area. Very close to the bus station, Santa Catalina Park, Supermarkets, restaurants, Auditorium, Paseo de las Canteras. There is a public parking in front of the building. Average temperature in winter is 20 degrees and in summer 25. Registration number in the Tourist Registry: 2015/1447.

Mycket bra studio för en person eller ett par. Sedan att frontar Las Canteras är ju inte fel.. Mycket bra service av Octavio, värden.

Trevlig lägenhet med det bästa läget du kan tänka dig. Där finns allt man kan önska sig av en semester lägenhet. Hyresvärden fanns alltid till hands om man behövde någon hjälp. Tyvärr fick vi lämna den 10 dagar för tidigt pga. Corona. Men ser fram emot att få komma tillbaka ett annat år. Lena&Henrik 200302-203021

I promised Octavio, I would write a review on this site but just never got round to doing it. We stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and a half. It was our first time in Las Palmas.Octavio was there to greet us on our arrival and was always available to answer our questions.Great place to stay. It is exactly as shown on the photos. Big enough for two. Fantastic view over the beach. The terrace comes in handy to sunbathe when it was too hot to go to the beach. Very well located.We will most certainly be coming back to Las Palmas and stay in this apartment.
