Very Clean and comfortable, homely, great location close to all amenities. The host Ina were very friendly and good communication. Good value for money for a short stay. For the Parking.. Its always have a parking space outside on the road..whether you come home late or early specially weekend..

Location was good and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities were decent and clean enough. Great wardrobe space and lots of tips in the book for first timers in Queenstown.
The smell in the room was very unpleasant. The floors weren't super clean and there was no dishwashing liquid or scrubber provided. It was strange that you had to wash up your own dishes but the only sink you could use to do so is in the bathroom, not very logical nor clean. Lots of noise from the upstairs tenants.
