This fantastic vacation home with private pool is located in the prestigious urbanization "El Santiscal" near Arcos de la Frontera. On 69 m² there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and from the cozy living room you have direct access to the covered terrace and the garden.
The location directly at the reservoir allows you here a fantastic view of the city, the surroundings and unforgettable sunsets. The house is only 5 minutes walk from the lake, where you can enjoy fishing and water sports activities. Here you will also find a nice yacht club and an artificial sandy beach for swimming. In just 3 km you can reach the beautiful Arcos de la Frontera with impressive sights and excellent gastronomy.

Great location and layout for the house, but issues with the warm water (very small tank), and cleanliness in the second bathroom and kitchen utensils, several of which were pretty beat, and one needs not look too closely at the incrusted dirt in the bathroom, which could use some deep cleaning.

Es war überwiegend ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick auf Arcos. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und war auch sauber. Die Ausstattung allerdings ist nicht so komplett. Ein Fön und eine neue Kaffemaschiene wären gut, ein paar neue Gläser, Teller etc. auch. Das hat uns drei (2 Erw. und 1 K.) aber nicht den Spaß verdorben. Der Platz reichte auch für drei.
