About this house rental
This 6-bedroom beachfront estate consists of a main house and two separate poolside casitas. A few families or a large group of friends will find Casa de Admirada to be the perfect vacation spot for all!
The main house at Casa de Admirada has a master suite and guest suite, plus a 1-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment on the ground floor.
The two casitas each have a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Between the various options here, 12 adults can comfortably enjoy a vacation together at this beachfront beauty.
You'll all love spending your days lounging poolside, paddleboarding around the calm bay, or bringing your snorkel gear out in the kayaks to explore the coral reef just offshore. The home offers both paddleboards and kayaks
The tiki bar and BBQ grill on the pool deck are a perfect opportunity to spend your whole day outside, grilling up some fresh fish for lunch and mixing up your cocktails while never losing sight of those stunning Caribbean blues.
The interior of Casa de Admirada grants plenty of common space for the group to share, extending out to two covered patio areas. Please note the lounge/kitchen area of the house does not have AC
The ground floor is open-air and leads to the pool deck. The second-floor patio is screened-in, which is especially comfortable in the evenings to avoid any pesky tropical bugs.
West End Village is just minutes away from the house, so dinner or drinks out are an easy option for all.
There are multiple dive shops within minutes of Casa de Admirada, so your group can easily enjoy the beauty of Roatan's famed coral reef.
At the end of a busy island day, retreat back to your island oasis. Enjoy the sunset as the sky gets painted in a rainbow of colors.

The house was wonderful. We loved having all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. There was space for all of us. We enjoyed having the kayaks and paddle boards--they were well used. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. It was nice having Darwin on the property. He was very friendly and helpful. The property managers were easy to reach and well informed. If we come back to Roatan we would definitely want to stay there again. And I will certainly recommend it to friends. Thank you for a great time.

We're a large group - 2 families with adult children. The house was excellent - big and spacious. Very clean, private dock where Sundivers picked us up every morning for our dives. Darwin - the caretaker - looked after everything yet was able to not intrude on our privacy. He only speaks Spanish but we made it work and he was great.Communication with Roatan vacation rentals was easy, fast and they are a great bunch of people. Will definitely rent again when we go back!

We arrived mid-afternoon and unloaded our bags etc. The kitchen and living room were a sauna (we're from Texas, we’re familiar with heat and humidity). All of the windows were open and no breeze, rendering the entire space a place you didn't want to hang out in. In previous reviews it was mentioned the homeowner was installing AC to the kitchen/living room area in 2022 so the assumption was that this space had AC. Some of the ceiling fans worked, some didn't. I called the property management company and they immediately responded, brought oscillating fans to the house AND had AC installed in the kitchen/living room the next day! So, if you’re reading this……. There is 100% AC in the kitchen and living room now! Literally a game changer. Kudos to the homeowner and property management company for making that happen so fast.
Positives:
1) All interior spaces have AC (and ceiling fans) and it’s awesome
2) Will, the groundskeeper is very nice but honors your privacy
3) Property management company responds ASAP if you need anything
* The pool area is comfortable and fun for everyone
* Plenty of shower and beach towels
* The house and grounds felt safe. Will closes the gates around 7pm (or whenever you get back to the house) and opens them about 7am.
In all, the house turned out fine after we figured out the intricacies and tweaked the AC. It’ll comfortably sleep 12 and the casitas/apartments have their own refrigerators and space should you need to escape.
