This outstanding duplex apartment in Tenby sleeps eight people in three bedrooms.
Berlin House is a fantastic duplex apartment set in the heart of popular Tenby, Wales. With three bedrooms across the first and second floor, including one four poster king-size double and one twin (which can be converted into a king-size double on request), both with en-suites, and a family room with two sets of adult bunks, up to eight people can stay here in comfort. There's also a first floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is an enclosed rooftop terrace with furniture and a barbecue plus1 car parking space provided in nearby public car park, less than 5 mins walk. Additional cars charged at £30/week May - Sep inclusive, £15/week Oct - Apr inclusive, With unloading outside. Berlin House occupies a wonderful location and provides exclusive holiday accommodation for a seaside getaway to remember.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot and highchair. 1 car parking space provided in nearby public car park, less than 5 mins walk. We stayed at Berlin House for a week. It was a great location for restaurants, cafes and the beach. The car park was close by which made it convenient. The property is beautifully renovated. Beds were comfortable and we loved having the deck space to spend time in in the evenings.
