About this apartment rental
New, delightful two-room apartment, very bright composed of living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with crystal shower. Two beautiful large and super panoramic terraces, one with a view of the gulf and the salt flats of Cagliari. Terraces complete with barbecues, deck chairs, sun beds and tables for dining in front of a romantic sunset. Suitable for a single couple or a couple with a child. The apartment is in the center of Quartu, with all the services within walking distance (restaurants, shops, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, etc ...) moreover, just in front of the building door all public transport passes to reach the sea or to go in Cagliari, a tourist city. In a strategic position to reach the most beautiful beaches of the southern coast of Sardinia (Poetto, Villasimius, Torre delle Stelle, Costa Rei, Chia) and at the same time enjoy the services of the city. The nearest beach, the Poetto, is not even 2 km away and can be reached either by car or by bus, which stops just below the house and also by bicycle. Very close to the oasis of Molentargius (the home of the famous pink flamingos). The naturalistic oasis is located less than 500 meters from the apartment. Villasimius is 30 km away and idem Chia.
The Carrefour shopping center is about 500 meters from the apartment.
CONTRACT:
A deposit of 100 euros will be required and will be returned upon departure.
EXTRA EXPENSES TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
Final cleaning 30 euros and kitchenette by the customer.
Additional bed and bath linen on request 15 euros per person.

ho trovato l'appartamento confortevole e molto panoramico (una bellissima vista sullo stagno di Mollentargius) . I proprietari cordiali e gentilissimi. L'ubicazione dell'appartamento permette di avere quanto occorre (ristoranti, bar, negozi, supermercati, banche) nelle immediate vicinanze. Consiglio a chi fosse interessato l'esperienza
