First and foremost, this property has a wonderful host--great communication, very friendly, and she keeps the property in excellent condition.The property itself is very spacious and comfortable, with many indoor and outdoor spaces with sea views, easy direct access to the beach, and a pool (also with sea views).And then the location was also very good. We used the local train and bus system to visit many different sights, restaurants, shops, and so on all up and down the coast and into the interior. It would also be a good central location if you had a car.So it was a wonderful stay, and we would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large place with direct beach access and a pool in the French Riviera.

Our group of three couples came from Canada for the Monaco F1 race. We booked this location unsure of the proximity to Monaco. It turned out to be two short stops on the train which is just a few hundred feet away. This train also provides access to all of the great restaurants and shopping in both directions. The pictures do not do justice to the property which is located on one of the most scenic shorelines on the Cote D’Azur. Short trips to Eze Village are made easily by car or bus and provide more breathtaking views. We highly recommend this property and wish we could have stayed longer than the week. Thanks Diane.

Gorgeous beachfront location, private and quiet (the nearby trains passing occasionally were not disturbing.) Accomodated our 7 adults since one group could use the triple space, would be perfect for 6 as long as one couple is happy in the small separate cottage. Literally a 5 minute walk to the Eze train station for quick jaunts to Monaco or Nice. Wished we could stay longer and would happily return.

Very nice location right on the beach with stunning views and beautiful pool. Perfect for trips to Monaco, eze village and other towns. Could be a bit cleaner and nicer furnished.

At first impression, the place was a bit more worn than expected. But I think being directly on the water it makes things feels a bit dingy & damp. The outside areas could use some love. It was a bit hard to find and we didn’t realize we would be so close to railroad tracks. The trains don’t run late and they aren’t very loud. We quickly came to love the house and setup. The beach and views are stunning.

Three adults truly enjoyed three weeks last fall in this special villa. It is located right on Eze beach and the sounds of waves lull you to sleep every night. Lots of spacious rooms including several outside terraces at various heights so everyone could find their own space. Kitchen was really well equipped and we enjoyed many meals al fresco. The pool was deep so great for water aerobics. Lots of beach towels and lovely decorating accessories that make the villa a home. The owner was gracious and very helpful.
