Very well organized villa with 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Large living room with dining area and open kitchen. The garden offers plenty of sitting and relaxing areas with a barbecue area and a large pool (approx 4x8m) with depth starting from 1.1m to 1.7m.
There were small issues around the villa that needed fixing when we arrived, but the Ezoria estate management team dealt very promptly with them (issues were fixed in the same day).
I would recommend the property to purchase additional plates, cups and cluterry as currently there are only 6 of each type.

Villa was beautiful and perfect for my families needs. It was in a lovely quiet area in the outskirts of Aiya Napa, we hired a car which made it easy to get in and out of town. Pool was gorgeous and the facilities in the house were excellent. We used the outdoor grill for many of our evening meals. Plenty of storage for an over packer (myself) and having a washing machine was great as I went home with all my washing already clean!Ezoria team were really helpful with information about local attractions and where to shop. We had a wonderful time and I would stay here again.

Nice yard and pool, very comfortable house with 3 en suite bedrooms.
No WiFi! The WiFi connection was almost non-existent inside and outside the villa. That was super bad...
