Saraca Resort sits on a large, well-maintained property deep in the jungle, up on a hill. The property is clean, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. What to know before you book: - Access is restricted. The resort is uphill, and the only way up or down is Saraca’s own 4x4 vehicle. Once you arrive, you are dependent on them for all transport. Only one pickup and drop is free, for others you need to pay. - It is truly secluded. There is nothing around the resort except forest, so there are no cafes, shops or sights to walk to. - Prices are very high. With no alternatives nearby, food, drinks and activities are all at resort rates, and they are noticeably expensive. Verdict: If you want a quiet, secluded stay surrounded by nature and don’t mind depending on the resort for transport and meals, Saraca is a good choice. If you prefer flexibility or are budget-conscious, plan accordingly, or consider a property with easier access. Tip: Consider carrying your own snacks and essentials, and confirm vehicle timings and meal pricing when booking.

We were travelling as couple with our little pet- 6 months old dog. We received so many emails before arriving but not a single email said they don't have pool and some other facilities available. The property has been taken over by Hyatt and all was broken, under repair and loud noises. The staff specially Raman understood our concern and the false promises on the website and was kind enough to upgrade us to Suite room with access to the Private pool, which saved our trip. The food is 10/10, any dish we ordered was amazing. The staff is super courteous and available at any time for any help needed. The property is beautiful, literally in middle of jungle, huge and the ride towards the property was amazing and arranged by the property in their 4*4 Gypsey. We were welcome with beautiful bagpipe played by Narayan who was also playing flute during the hi-tea. The Pet Petrol during the night was an adventurous, which was led by Adarsh and not to be missed. The food & Drinks were 10/10 with very polite staff and were ready to help and guide when walked around the property. It was a beautiful getaway from the busy city life and there is a lot to explore and do within the property. For the Pet they provided bed and were kind enough to let me stroll freely around the area. He had the best time walking in Jungle trails and jumping and playing around. Will visit again but when the construction work is done and all facilities are available.

Exploited our group with random fines and took 20 thousand additional to booking amount. They probably saw this opportunity because all of us were young boys
