    The location would require off roading. The property is amazing and to my surprise it was so so clean ! The staff is so courteous The facilities provided is top notch. One must give this property a must try !

    Unprofessional staff. Zero knowledge of managing family stays. Right below my room there were boys playing loud music until 12.30. I had to reach out to reception to change the room. Worst night. Not clean rooms. Zero asstiance from staff for housekeeping. Tv not working properly. Rooms smelled. People consuming illegal substance right below my room.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this property. I paid approximately *** expecting the standards of a 4–5 star hotel, but the overall experience was far below expectations. The most concerning issue was the extremely poor service, especially in the restaurant. The staff responsiveness, service quality, and overall hospitality were not even close to what one would expect at this price point. Additionally, the hotel lacks basic facilities that are typically standard in this category. There is no gym, no spa, and no recreational or co-curricular activities such as indoor games or leisure options. For a property charging such a premium, this is simply unacceptable. At ***, guests deserve a complete experience—not just a stay with minimal amenities and subpar service. Overall, this was a very poor value-for-money experience. I would not recommend this hotel to friends, family, or anyone, and I will certainly not be returning. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5)

    Mr pooran a guy on reception doenot know how to talk to guest. The guy has totally rude behaviour he speak loudly and try to threaten me over a car issue and doenot even want to hear and understand what i am saying to him. He just start speaking loudly and rudely over some car issue and he never apologised. This is what i get after paying lot of money at this hotel a misbehaviour from staff. Later i have booked 2 rooms fo 2 days he asked to clear the first day dinner bill early morning before 10 am this is first time i am experiencing in a 5 star hotel that u have to clear the bill every day rather on clearing all bills on check out. This guy pooran singh is totally uncooperative and doesn’t know how to attend guest. Disgusting and disrespectful
