We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house is beautiful and pool is fabulous. The weather was extremely hot so the addition of air conditioning in the rest of the house would be welcome and would make it perfect. Ythier was a great host, the welcome food and drinks were very much appreciated. Check in and out were seamless. It is a very quiet location but only a short walk to the town. We didn't hire a car but local bus service and trains are excellent. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that takes you into Antibes centre in about 10 minutes. We can't wait to stay again, one the aircon is in! Many thanks Ythier.

Great residential location away from the buzz of Juan les Pins but close enough to dip in and enjoy. The pool was a big hit with the whole family and the house spacious enough for our family of 5 not to be on top of each other.

We had a fantastic week at this beautiful house. The location is great being only a short walk into town but in a very quiet area. The house, garden and pool are lovely and despite being close to the town centre it feels very private. Ythier was a great host and very responsive and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone and is a great house for a family holiday whether you just want to relax by the pool or go out exploring the local area. Thank you Ythier.

We were a family of six - two adults, two children 4/8 and grandparents staying for 11 days. We can strongly recommend the place. The house, pool and pool/terrace area is absolutely lovely and invites you to a relaxing holiday in the sun! We were outside all evenings during our stay. The property itself is in a calm residential area, ten min. walk from the nearest beach and 20 min. walk from Juan-les-Pins centre. You are totally private due to high hedges. OUTSIDE: The heated pool is 10-11 meters with a depth ranging from 140 to 200 cm + a shallow area. At the terrace there is also a large sofa, sun beds/chairs and a Weber BBQ. The dining table with benches seats at least 8 persons. There is also a trampoline, a slide and 2-3 swings. INSIDE: The house has a spacious, combined kitchen and living room with all the appliances you need. The three bedrooms have individual bathrooms. The master bedroom is in a separate section of the house. It should be mentioned that two other bedrooms have narrow double beds (140 cm). If you prefer to stay inside, it is a large television with hundreds of DVDs available. The host was very helpful during our stay. He even picked us up at the airport with his 7-seater car. Proprietario gentilissimo, disponibile e preciso. Casa spaziosa e funzionale in un contesto tranquillo ma vicino alle spiagge e al centro di Juan les Pins 10 min e 20 min a piedi. Piscina e giardino molto belli e godibili anche di sera con un’illuminazione d’effetto.
