A few steps up from the double carport and entrance gallery takes you to the open plan main lounge, living/dining and kitchen, all facing the view of Loutit Bay stretching from the main beach to Split Point lighthouse and the east horizon.

It was the perfect setting to celebrate a significant birthday with family and friends. Beautiful house that was the perfect fit for us!! And the views are absolutely spectacular!!!!

Lovely few days with family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. Property has plenty of room to spread out without feeling crowded. Great views, even if raining, inside was quite warm once the heating got going, everything we needed for meals, entertainment and relaxation.
