Price and convenience of property.
I didn't like that the check out time was 11 am and an employee entered my room by himself at 9:47 am and told me I had 10 minutes to check out. When I brought that to the staff's attention, the guest that was my immediate neighbor was down telling the staff that the same employee did the exact same thing to her. When the employee we were talking to about the situation was on the phone with a manager, I heard him say Sonny (I think was his name) is doing it again. AGAIN. So this is not the first incident that this has happened to guests. Not only did "Sonny" enter my room without knocking and used the/a master key to unlock my door and just barged in, he told me I needed to check out an hour before checkout so (as the other employee put it) he could get his job done and go home. The staff at the front desk apologized to myself and my neighbor - they were nice to deal with in this situation - no complaints with them at all. I was told that when the manager/owner came in the day after (my check out day was a Sunday), that he would have my name & number and contact me to discuss the situation. I never received a call or email or anything in regards to this.
