Beautiful apartment located within a historical colonial style building from 1908. Completely remodeled with great care to preserve its history yet adapted for modern day convenience, the apt. features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a vintage desk; a fully-stocked kitchen, a large living room with a brand new sofa bed and a new 55" screen TV.

- The physical address is 4710 Reiger Avenue, Dallas, TX.
- Conveniently located near Lakewood, Downtown, Uptown, Lower Greenville, West Village, Deep Ellum, American Airlines Center, Dallas Convention Center, Arts District, Design District and all major Metroplex areas.
ACCESSIBILITY
- The apt is located on the Second Floor and accessible both through the main entrance by the front porch or through the bedroom in the back. Private off-street parking is available for one (1) vehicle on the back of the building.
INTERIOR
- Bedroom
Through the back entrance, you walk into the bedroom where a very comfortable queen bed awaits you, there is a also a vintage desk, a wood and glass table as well as a small closet with an iron and iron table.
- Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and utencils you need to cook a perfect meal. It has a coffee maker, toaster and blender. The appliances present include an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and food disposal. There is a beautiful 3 piece dining set that fits up to 6 people.
- Bathroom
The bathroom is always stocked with 5 bath and 5 hand towels. Aside from the vanity there is a spacious bathtub. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.
- Living Room
The living room includes a very comfortable sleeper sofa that transforms into a queen bed to accommodate up to two extra guests. There is also a comfy recliner next to a vintage record player, a beautiful coffee table that split opens to reveal extra sheets and comforters. The room includes a new 55"screen TV with voice enabled Amazon TV stick.

22 stairs were tough for me. Think that should be listed with the property
Sloping floors were a littke tough as I already have balance issues.

I stayed here for 4 months as I was working over at BWS Hospital system. Elias was wonderful! He made sure if I had any concerns that they were taken care of right away. ( I only had one minor one). I felt safe here, and it is an easy ride into downtown and easy access to the major highways. I t was definitely a comfortable place. It had everything I needed for the full stay which was extremely appreciated. I also liked the fact that there was off street parking for one car seeing as I had a rental. I would rent from here again!
