The property was very cozy, CLEAN and comfortable to stay in for the whole week I was in Dallas. I was very happy that I did not get a hotel room. I felt like I was home away from home.
I had to go and get pans to cook in because I couldn’t use the pan that was provided by the property manager. It was very dirty. I also left the set I purchased for everyone that rents the property. I would like to suggest the owner invest in either shampooing the living room set or upgrade it. The cushions are worn out.

Unit was lovely and clean & owner was very helpful when messaged
It was in a very old complex with only stairs to get up to the room on the 2nd floor. Yes it was renovated to a degree but still had very old ac that woke up at 3am with a fright. The floors were super noisy when walking. You could hear the neighbours even when they went to the loo. Not in close walking distance to anything
