Great Location. Basic but covered all our needs. The current pictrures under-sell it: it's waaaay more spacius than expected. If you are looking for minimal walk to the lifts: this is the place! One of the bedrooms has an ensuite toilet. And the second toilet is separate from the bathroom: meaning 4 adutls had no qualms sharing the space. We also had our meals delivered by a morzien company: the kitchen was small ish but not an issue for us. Dishwasher was a great plus. Would love a washign machine, but there are laundrettes in town.

Nothign of significance. As for most typical french buildings, it can be noisy (if you watch TV in the living room, it can be heard in the bedrooms). So this is best for quiet groups of friends rather than big noisy party people. Our 4 year old daughter had no issues falling asleep despite our post-dinner chit chats :)

Sem duvida a localização (pertissimo do teleski) e o tamanho.

Falta de algum equipamento, o facto de as camas não estarem feitas, tinham a roupa mas tivemos de ser nós a fazer, e o facto de não ter internet.

This is a really good and practical apartment. The apartment has lots of room with large kitchen, separate very large living / dining room. While the photos make it look dark and not appealing - it is really well equipped in an antique style thus just appears dark. We did not use the sofa beds but they looked fine. There were lots of towels and fresh linen in the welcome pack which included a bottle of wine. The kitchen - while very old style - had everything you could need. There is a Casino supermarket 2 streets away (3 min walk) and the bars and restaurants are a 5 min walk away. It is a 2 min stroll to the Ski bus to Avoriaz and the same distance to the Morzine Gondola lift - but on the map it looks further. There are ski racks in the hall for equipment. If we go back to Morzine - it will be my first choice.

Only thing I suggest would be a better shower head in the bath.

It was a good size and good location

It was a bit dated and really needs a bit of money spent on it to spruce it up especially the bathroom.
