Central location, 5mins to Pleney & Super Morzine lift. 1min to agency that arranged keys and luggage storage on day of departure - Morzine Immo. Views of the Pleney piste from the balcony. Facilities and equipment provided was great, lots of cutlery/crockery/utensils etc. Dishwasher, washer/dryer and hairdryer with a diffuser.
Oven/microwave was too high for safe use. The oven door opens down which means you are stretching up to reach over the open door to put items in/out, not ideal with a really hot dish!

Couldn't get a more perfect location, almost halfway between the two ski lifts out of Morzine, it was less than a 2 min walk to shops, Bakery, Morzine town square/, Super Morzine lift and only a 4 min walk to Pleney ski lift. Also a really well furnished apartment with (for a ski apartment) lots of space & light, no feeling of living on top of each other. Key pick up & drop off incredibly easy, even out of hours.
Very little, only negative points are so minor it's barely worth mentioning (eg only steak knives no normal knives)
