Troppi rumori esterni (cani che abbaiavano tutta la notte), puzza degli scarichi, zanzare che non permettevano l'uso esterno, troppo caldo senza nessuna possibilità di aria nelle camere del terzo piano, almeno un condizionatore portatile sarebbe necessario.
