It was very clean and warm despite it being at the end of October. Carol was very welcoming and super kind.
First time being on a campsite, I wish I could wash my hands without going to the wash building.

Was pleasantly surprised at the amount of equipment provided. I travelled alone with a 10month old, 2 yr old and 10yr old via train, was a 20min walk from the station (with small supermarket just across from departure). Kids wanted to stay longer and thoroughly enjoyed! Very comfy set up

The location was so peaceful, the shepherds hut was clean. Such a cosy atmosphere

it was quaint warm and cosy the beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful
not very well equipped cooking facilities were only good enough to use in good weather nowhere to use if weather was bad no toaster very small kettle the kids park was old and run down with poor upkeep
