Titan 22P Condo at WH Taft Residences Manila

Location and ease of checking in/checking out. The location and size of the unit was great. Wifi is good and stable. Not the fasted but still pretty good. There is also the option for car parking, but we did not need it.

A few minor wear and tear issues but nothing really that would be considered a deal breaker. I would suggest that the property owners take a look at some of their facilities such as the toilet water closet not fulling shutting off (thus water is wasted) and water pooling inside the floor of the bathroom (tiles are not properly laid). Also, we were unable to get the tv cable working.

The place was more than big enough for a family of four, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There were two double beds? queen beds?? Basta the beds were big enough for us. The place was also complete with utensils for four, toiletries, tissue, shampoo, soap, and towels. View was great, internet was great, rooms were clean, air-conditioning was great -- super cold at times. The only things you need to bring is yourself, and a change of clothes. The location is very accessible, several taxis pass by here, and jeeps, very close to LRT Vito Cruz station, and MOA was a jeep and trike ride away.

Because the room could get cold, the sheets were thin. The place can get really dusty.

property is spacious and could fit in 6 adults and 2 kids. they were very kind to provide our request for extra bed despite the urgency.

we can't cook and the bathroom was not too neat with a broken bathroom shower.
