Location ,affordability. Friendly staff and the view is awesome. Been staying here for many times and will come back more if the unit is available.
The drain, the first one from the door, is clogged and has been that way since we started staying here three years ago. Hopefully, they will take care of this problem.

Location and ease of checking in/checking out. The location and size of the unit was great. Wifi is good and stable. Not the fasted but still pretty good. There is also the option for car parking, but we did not need it.
A few minor wear and tear issues but nothing really that would be considered a deal breaker. I would suggest that the property owners take a look at some of their facilities such as the toilet water closet not fulling shutting off (thus water is wasted) and water pooling inside the floor of the bathroom (tiles are not properly laid). Also, we were unable to get the tv cable working.
