EV Place

The location is excellent – very convenient and well connected, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and key parts of the city. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The place felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after busy days in the city. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful, and everything was well organised from check-in to check-out. Overall, EV Place Manila offers great value for money, combining a prime location with comfort and convenience. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Manila and would definitely stay here again.

It was close to where I needed to be, and that they had a gym!

One of the Lady security was not very nice all the other ones were very nice! Sometimes had to wait in long line for elevator!

Thoughtfully furnished and provisioned. Much of what you may need is there - extension cord, hangers, drinking water, flashlight, etc, even cooking rice. Location was excellent, accessible to many places, with an abundance of services nearby.

Matress was thin, could be more comfortable. Occasionally, some tiny cockroaches apear. I think this is a building issue, not something the host could control.

Basic apartment in a good lication. Peacuful building. WiFi was fast. Supermarket to buy groceries etc was 200 m away. Airport 20-30 mins by taxi. Old city and some museums 3-5 km away. You can walk there. The host responded fast.
