A Cozy apartment close to the centre of old town of Portgruaro

The host, Bertilla, was lovely. She met us to help check-in although we arrived earlier than expected. The apartment was clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable. There are many supermarkets nearby and free car park is available in front of the property.

Really nice apartment, great location

Really nice and cozy apartment! The host is really kind, and give us really good tips for restaurants. Portogruaro is a beautiful small town 30 minutes from Lignano or Caorle. Fully recommended.

Excellent value for the money, exceptional customer service

Property is modern, well-furnished, and sparkly clean. Everything needed for a family holiday are provided by the host. Location is quite and safe. Plenty of decent bars and restaurants are nearby. Owner is very kind and responsive. All in all, an excellent value for the money. I would stay here again.

Very well equipped,clean, modern apartment,it has everything you need,like your own home. The host is really kind and helpful,it was a pleasure to stay here,I would definetely recommend this place to everyone. Very good information flow about how to find the apartment, you can choose from a lot of outdoor parking spaces or a garage There is an elevator in the building

The sofa bed in the living room is only suitable for shorter stays, as it is not so comfortable,,but if you are only 2 people the double bed is perfect

Nice well-equipped apartment, perfect for a couple or small family

Atelier is a nice apartment which was excellent for our family of three (two adults and a 4-year old little girl). Parking was easy, the host is friendly, and the flat was cozy. The apartment is not in the city center, but it was convenient for us to explore the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region by car. We for sure had a lovely one-week holiday in Portogruaro and its area! Value for price of this apartment is great! Thanks for hosting us.

Some more kitchen / household items would be beneficial (e.g. a teapot and some slippers - we were there in chilly late-November!)

Nice flat a bit outside city center

Very uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Great communication with the hostess. The flat is fully and excellently equipped. It also offers enough space. The flat is located in a multi-storey residential complex - but all in all quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is also perfect.

Super and excellent. The flat does have everything you can need. Very beautiful balcony, very good parking, super clean. All info you can find in the flat, wifi works 100%. Portogruaro is marvellous and thursday market is a lovely experience. We loved everything. Real home feeling. Very safe area.

The host is very polite and friendly, and she greated us warmly. The apartment is situated on 1st floor, and can be reached either by stairs or by elevator. It is fully equipped, very cozy and clean, with all the equipment you might need (except of the washing machine, however the host lives upstairs on the second floor and she is always available). We felt like at home to be honest and could spend hours sitting on the balcony (great asset by the way). This is a great location when you want to hit the nearby summer spots like Bibionne or Lignano di Sabbiadolo - both located only 30 minutes away when driving on local roads. What is more, there is a train station in Portogruaro and you can easily reach Venice using that sort of transportation, as it takes only 1 hour to get there - I cannot imagine more convenient way to hit this spot! (You can also use the local ferries from Jesolo, but you would have to drive 1 hours to get there + 1 extra hour cruising on the ferry to reach Venice which makes it 2 hours trip -> and in the end of the day you reach Venice from the San-Marco Square side, wander around for the next 2-3 hours and you might be happy of visitting Venice, whereas if you go by train -> then you reach the city from the opposite site, and can walk around easily and sightsee definitely more!). Coming back to the apartment: it would definitely be my choice if I were to stay in Portogruaro next time! P.S. enjoy local pizza from Fantasy Pizzeria that is situated 50 metres away from the apartment ;-)

Very comfortable and perfect for families. Premium level!

Location of the apartment is perfect. The quality of equipment too - I loved everything in Atelier. I highly recommend this apartment to everybody, especially families with kids. The hosts are so warm and welcoming!

Spacious and very clean apartment with 1 bedroom and big living room / kitchen. It was well equipped with e.g. and oven and a washing machine could be used. The hosts where very friendly and helpful and lived just next door.

Ein reizendes Apartment in einem Wohngebiet. Für ein Frühstück sind Tee und Kaffee vorhanden, den man auf dem chicken Balkon genießen kann. Eine italienische Bar 2 Minuten entfernt. Innenstadt 20 Gehminuten. Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt!

Fue una estadía corta pero muy placentera

Muy limpio y ordenado, la Señora Bertilla nos esperó un poco más tarde de lo que habíamos programado la llegada y fue súper atenta al mandarnos la dirección.
