About this villa rental
The villa offers 1 suited double-bedroom facing the pool, with bathroom, walk-in wardrobe, and own sun-terrace. 1 twin bedroom (beds can be put together & form a king-size bed) with its own bathroom and facing a little patio which can be used as a sun terrace. 1 twin bedroom with bathroom, fireplace, walk-in wardrobe, with terrace facing the village and with a view to the ocean. 1 three-bedroom with shower en-suite, facing the pool. Live-in kitchen with table for 8. Dining area with table for 10. Comfortable living room with fireplace. Conservatory with a view down to the ocean. Water, electricity, and a basic grocery starter pack are included in the rental price. There is a courtyard in the middle of the house to give freshness during the summer. Outdoor, glass-enclosed pool to be used in all kinds of weather. Closed parking area. Free wireless internet access.
Suitable for wheelchairs: Suitable for elderly and infirm (whole property on one floor and wheelchair accessible). We organize a wooden ramp on the 3 little steps for a wheelchair between the living- and dining area.
Plenty of sunshine also in the months of September until mid-October; you can choose to spend your days between the elegant Estoril beaches and the magnificent wild beaches from Sintra and Ericeira, best known as Europe´s surfer mecca in Portugal.10 drive minutes to Guincho Beach or Sintra beaches.

We stayed here for two weeks in mid July. Giampiaro is a charming and gracious host. He lives on the property so readily accessible, if needed however is otherwise almost never seen. The spacious and bright house is a charming mix of antiques & art. We travelled with our two adult children, their partners and a 17 month old grandson. We appreciated the large guest rooms with private bathrooms and patios. Everyone could find their own space, when needed. This is a tranquil setting overlooking the coast. The gardens and the enclosed pool were appreciated and enjoyed. The village of Azoia is a short walk away with a cafe, wine bar and several restaurants. We had use of a car. It was handy to explore nearby villages or for groceries in Cascais. We would not recommend drivint into Sintra or Lisbon. It would be too stressful, use a service. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing family vacation. We highly recommend Giampiaro's home.

We were very pleased with the house and property. There were 9 of us, including 3 children. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The prorietor stayed next door in an apartment and was always available for any needs. Azoia is a small quiet village. There were good restaurants wthin walking distance, but you will need to drive about 20 minutes for groceries. There are views of the sea from the yard. I highly recommend.

We stayed in this house for 2 months. We had 4 groups of family and friends come separately. Everyone loved the house as it offers privacy and also warmth for appreciating a truly distinctive home. If you rent this home, you will always remember: the space, the furniture, the paintings, the window/wall coverings and the very pleasant and gentle owner. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property for everyone.
