This offers this modern apartment of about 80m2 in the well-kept urbanization Can Basso near Jesus.
The apartment is on the first floor and has a double bedroom, a shower room, a spacious living room and an open kitchen with dining area. An extra bed in the bedroom can be provided upon request. The terrace of about 80m2 is partially covered and offers a beautiful view of the old town of Ibiza, Dalt Vila, which is stunning especially at night. The terrace is furnished with a cozy launch area, two sun loungers and a breakfast table.
The spacious pool terrace encloses the pool of 9x5m. An awning provides shade for siesta by the pool. Also a shower room is available at the pool. The garden is Mediterranean. The complete plot of 2000 m2 is fenced. A parking space is located on the property and can be reached via a driveway with electric gate.
On the ground floor there are private rooms of the owner family. The holiday apartment is offered only in the absence of the family, so that our holiday guests are undisturbed and have a terrace and pool alone.
Within walking distance is the small village of Jesus to reach with supermarket, bakery, various restaurants, etc. Also famous for its tapas and lunch menus is the Bon Lloc restaurant, located in Jesus.
The nearest beach is Talamanca (3 km). Here there is catering for every taste. Talamanca connects to the marina Botafoc, from where you can take a taxi boat across the harbor to the old town.
The apartment is also ideal for golfers. The golf course Roca Llisa is about 10 minutes by car.
