Villa With Private Pool & Garden, 5 minutes walk to the Beach

Cute little villa waking distance to Bossa and Ibiza Town plus a little Eroski super close by. I'd say villa is better than the photos, there is one large double room with an ensuite and then 2 bedrooms (one Twin and one Double) at the back with a bathroom between. But most both the Doubles are large and can easily sleep 2 singles. Pool and surrounding area is a decent size given the villa is only for 6 people.The kitchen is a little small but has a dishwasher and all the stuff you could possibly need.

My best friend and I spent 2 lovely weeks celebrating our 50th birthdays at Pablo’s gorgeous villa, with a combination of our partners, children and friends. The villa is comfortable, very well appointed and just as described. The pool and garden area is spotlessly clean with beautiful planting and perfect for relaxing in the sun or shady areas with plenty of entertaining space. The location was great for all with easy access to shops, restaurants, clubs, the beach and taxi rank a 2 minute walk. In spite of its central location the villa itself is a peaceful oasis once inside. Pablo and the cleaning team were brilliant, and any queries we had were dealt with promptly. We would love to stay again when we are back in Ibiza!

Location of the property is good: 2 min walk to restaurants and a long beach, approx 15 min walk to Ibiza town, and easy location for parking and driving around Ibiza. The pool is non-heated (but believe this tends to be normal in the Mediterranean area), so except for my daughter we all found it a bit to cold. The outside area is beautiful and lovely for a bbq. The property is quite dark, and could do with further and brighter lights. The property could have done with some further cleaning: 1) cups and plates quite dirty and had to be washed before using, generally a bit dusty and the bed sheets smelt in some instances of old damp. The property generally needs a bit of TLC. Whilst we were there, we had a day of heavy rain and the water came through the bathroom ceiling. The fan in the kitchen came off due to the rain (electric wiring looked slightly dangerous) and a shelf fell off, so one felt a bit worried to touch anything. The washing machine didn’t work either and some of the frying pans had no handles etc. Overall, we had a lovely stay and Ibiza was a wonderful place at the end of October. Sadly we wouldn’t book the property again though.
